The Missouri Tigers got their first SEC win on Saturday, but hardly in convincing fashion with a 70-68 triumph at Auburn. The Tigers shot a season low 33 percent from the field, but still managed to pull out a win. Jordan Clarkson was Mizzou’s leading scorer with 20 points. Earnest Ross scored 16 points, wile Jabari Brown added 15 to the Tigers scoring effort.

Brown’s three point basket gave Missouri a 64-60 lead with five and a half minutes remaining in the game. Mizzou would not score another basket the rest of the game, but managed to hang on for the victory to raise their season record to 13-2 and SEC mark to 1-1.
