The Rams cheerleaders are leaving home. They are going to celebrate the Chinese New Year in Hong Kong. They will be the only American cheerleader squad in the international parade. The cheerleaders are even taking team mascot Rampage with them.

The Chinese New Year is celebrated around the world. Dignitaries will come to American cities like Chicago. But, the Rams cheerleaders will represent the entire country in Hong Kong. The theme this year is "World City, World Party".

This is the year of the dragon which symbolizes luck and stregnth. But, the Rams cheerleaders will help the crowds symbolize a party more like Mardi Gras. The parade takes off new years night on January 23rd in China after a huge street party along the parade route.

Groups from all over the world will perform at the parade. Floats from across the globe have already shipped in. But, St. Louis will represent with the only American cheerleading squad in this international party.

This is sure to be a memorable road trip for the ladies of the St. Louis Rams.
