ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Case Keenum, the St. Louis Rams quarterback who suffered a controversial concussion two weeks ago against the Baltimore Ravens, is back on the active roster for the team Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. Keenum was unable to pass the league’s concussion protocol in time for last week’s game against the Bengals and was limited in practice this week. Keenum will back up starter Nick Foles this week, although Jeff Fisher has indicated that Keenum would be the Rams’ starter once he was back up to full speed.
Rookie Sean Mannion, who saw mop-up duty last week in his first regular season game action, is among the inactive players for the game.
