Blues slice Sabres 4-1 for best 20 game start ever

BUFFALO, NY (KTVI) – The Blues squared off against the Sabres last night. Buffalo has the worst record in the NHL. But, they scores just ten seconds into the game. Tyler Ennis beats Jaroslav Halak off the opening face off to put the Sabres up one-nothing.

The Blues answered one minute later when Brenden morrow gets his first of two goals on the night. That’s his fourth of this season.

Then time running down in the first period. When Vladimir Tarasenko scores on a power play to make it 2-to-1. That’s his 7th goal of the season.

Then in the third, Blues up 3-to-1, when Magnus Pääjärvi scores his first goal as a Blue.

The Blues beat the Sabres 4-to-1 and improve to 14-3-3. Which is the team’s best 20-game start ever.

The road trip wraps up Thursday night in Boston.
