ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Many Blues fans were left irate Tuesday night when NBC Sports Network preempted the beginning of Game 3 of the Blues and Stars match-up in order to stay with the Islanders-Lightning contest, which was headed into overtime.

NBCSN and the teams informed viewers they could watch the start of the game on the NHL Network and that it would jump back to NBCSN at the conclusion of the Islanders-Lightning game.

Unfortunately, many Blues fans were left in the dark because AT&T U-Verse doesn’t carry the NHL Network. And the NHL Network’s live stream feature implements a blackout on local games.

Well, we thought we’d post a channel listing of the major sports networks that are likely to carry Blues playoff hockey. For good measure, we’ve also included the channel listings for Fox Sports Midwest.

Game four of the playoff series between the Blues and the Stars is scheduled to be on NBCSN Thursday at 7pm.  You can watch a live streaming video of the game here.  The site requires viewers to login through their cable provider.
