Team USA played to a 0-0 draw with Sweden in their second game at the Women’s World Cup game on Friday night in Winnipeg, Canada. Despite out shooting Sweden 12-9, the U.S. failed to score. In fact, USA defender Megan Klingenberg made the save of the game in the second half. Klingenberg literally used her head to keep a Sweden shot out of the net. The tie gives USA a 1-0-1 record at the World Cup. Their next game is Tuesday against Nigeria.
