ST. LOUIS – Disney’s remake of The Little Mermaid is making waves.
First, they have real actors and some stunning virtual effects. Then there is singer-songwriter Halle Bailey, who is playing Ariel.
It’s the first time a black singer-songwriter has been cast in this role and, like Lizzo sings, it’s about time!
