ST. LOUIS – The Founder of Frizz Fest says she’s created space for women to be free, express their uniqueness, and celebrate their natural beauty.
One of those spaces is a whole festival this Saturday in Tower Grove Park! Frizz Fest is from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. There you will find local artists, musicians, entrepreneurs and more.
