Build it and they will eat — and eat very well! Chef Mike Johnson is the creative drive behind Hi-Pointe’s menu. He puts combos together that go beyond peas and carrots. The restaurant’s Cowboy Burger earned them the world’s best title in the food championships this year. Think two burgers, two kinds of cheese, and onion rings. Get up, little doggies!
