*** some unsettled weather over the holiday weekend…But also plenty of nice times too…Classic memorial day weekend for stl***

Saturday:

Partly sunny…Nice…A few storms..Mainly north
Winds: southeast 5-15 m.P.H.
High: 72 degrees

Saturday night:

Clouds with some scattered storms
Winds: southeast 5-10 m.P.H.
Low: 55 degrees.

Sunday and monday:

A mix of clouds and sun…Pleasant…Watch for some thudnerstorms…Lots of dry time
Winds: southeast 5-15 m.P.H.
High: 75 degrees…Sunday
79 degrees…Monday

The weather disco:

Its a classic holiday weekend for stl as we kick off the summer season…The northwest flow is in place in the upper atmosphere and that will send down bubbles of thudnerstorms from time to time…Timing is really tough in this flow…So we watch the skies and be ready to get inside…But there will be alot of dry time for weekend plans. Typically with the northwest flow…When storms form…They drop in from the north/northwest and last for about 2 to 3 hours…However they can be strong to even severe…Heavy rain, wind and lightning the main features. This pattern holds into monday…Then tuesday and wednesday…The southerly flow opens up…Its warmer and alittle more humid…Mid to upper 80’s for tuesday and wednesday. Have a safe and great weekend everyone.
