High: 96 degrees.
Thursday night:
Clear skies and warm

Friday:

No change Saturday and Sunday..some storms Sunday night..slightly cooler Monday
THE WEATHER DISCO:
Its the same old story..summer’s last stand…the summer dome of high pressure is in place and locked in…so the heat wave pattern will stay with us into Sunday of the holiday weekend. There are strong signs the high will shift or back-up to the west…working into the rockies and that will allow a rathr strong cold front to work in…Sunday night and early Monday…a shot at a few spot thunderstorms with the front…then cooler air…by 8 to 10 degrees for Monday…nice temps for the entire week to kick off September.
