Dave Murray’s latest stl forecast and weather disco…For Wednesday..August 28, 2013.
*** No change here…Keep it going…all about the massive dome of summer…that is it…the dog-days of summer are here***
***My fall forecast for STL will be Wednesday…August 28, 2013 at 9pm on fox 2***

Winds: South 5-15 m.p.h.
High: 98 degrees…maybe 100 in the city
Wednesday night:
Clear skies, warm and humid
Winds: West 5-10 m.p.h.
Low: 75 degrees
Thursday:
Partly sunny and hot…humid
Winds: West 5-15 m.p.h.
High: 95 degrees
No change Friday, Saturday and Sunday..some storms Sunday night..slightly cooler Monday
THE WEATHER DISCO:
Its the same old story..summer’s last stand…the summer dome of high pressure is in place and locked in…we look for two things to try to bust the pattern…some type of tropical action in the Gulf…we do have tropical rains on Texas…but the high pressure will force that rain into the Rockies and we look for strong cold front from the north…nothing right now has the powder to break down the high…the force of the high rejects the fronts…so we wait for some type of weakness in the high…and that is starting to show up…allowing a strong cool front to roll in Sunday night and Monday…some scattered storms and slightly cooler air behind the front…so a little break on the long horizon.
